Who can take part?
Lillie understands that hen parties can bring together a diverse group of people. From your friends expecting babies to mothers of the bride and maybe even grandma of the bride. Lillie prides herself on making it an enjoyable and accessible experience for all, making it the perfect activity for your hen party.

What to expect?
Lillie will arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked session to set up the yoga mats and all that you need. Whether you have chosen yoga or sound healing, you can expect a fun filled yet blissful moment shared with your friends and family.

When will it take place?
Lillie communicates mostly with the maid of honour to plan the perfect time for your mindful experience. If your hen party is over a weekend, Lillie recommends your yoga experience takes place on a Saturday morning or if you choose sound healing, ending your hen weekend with that. Let’s make the perfect plan!

What to bring?
Yoga mats will be provided on all hen parties. Lillie welcomes hens to wear something that feels comfortable and joyful to them. If it is Summer and we are outside, please use sunscreen, bring your water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered for your magical yet blissful experience!

Meet Your Teacher
Hello and welcome! I am Lillie and I will be your Hen Party yoga teacher & sound healer. I have been hosting mindful hen party experiences for five years and proudly work in partnership with Beautiful Bells in Verwood, Dorset throughout the Hen Party Season. If you haven’t booked anywhere for your hen party yet, I’d definitely recommend checking them out!
I trained as a yoga teacher 6 years ago in India, I spent 3 months out there training and travelling around.
I teach Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, if you don’t know anything about yoga yet, don’t let the fancy names put you off. My style of teaching makes everyone feel at ease practicing yoga, I give you plenty of options throughout the class, there is an element of challenge and equally no pressure to do anything that doesn’t feel in reach for you. I promise you will feel that welcoming warmth from me.
Before experiencing Yoga, I went on my own journey through eating disorders and anxiety, I say this because it is a huge part of the way I teach and I want you to know that I get it. No one goes unnoticed in my class and nobody is out of place. Your size, gender, age does not matter because yoga is for everyone and love is equal.
