terms & Conditions

This website (lovinglifelillie.com) is owned and operated by Lillie-May Sardar (”Lillie”, “Loving Life Lillie”, “we”, “our”, and “us”).

1. Booking
(a) Your booking is not considered definite, and no contract will exist until we receive the payment of your non-refundable deposit. By booking a class/course/event with Loving Life Lillie, you accept these terms and conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Customers may resell lawfully acquired tickets at face value or less.

2. Payment
(a) The price is the exact amount to be received in full by us in GBP prior to your class date. (b) Memberships are on a rolling subscription and will automatically renew every 31 days. Please note that if you wish to cancel your membership, a calendar month’s notice is necessary. Contact admin at lillie@lovinglifelillie.com.

3. Missing a Membership Payment
In the event that you miss a subscription payment, you will be notified that your subscription has been cancelled, and Lillie will be in touch to help you refresh your payment card on account.

4. Membership
Also known as the Loving Life Community membership. By joining this membership, you accept these terms and conditions in full. (a) Bullying or disrespectful actions/comments towards other members or the teacher, Lillie, will not be tolerated, and your membership will be cancelled immediately. (b) Loving Life Lillie is not responsible for your mental health; we advise seeking professional therapy if needed. Our service offers yoga and mindfulness to support your journey. (c) Members understand it is their responsibility to book classes.

6. Your Health
(a) It is your responsibility to inform Lillie, your Yoga Teacher, if you have any injuries and to be mindful of your body’s capabilities during classes/courses/events. If you experience any injury or discomfort during classes/courses/events, you must desist immediately. (b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor familiar with yoga to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake yoga classes. (c) Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions via the yoga health questionnaire received upon booking your class. This will be found in the confirmation email. (d) While all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, some of the venues we work with have uneven land, steep steps, etc., and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain or building safety. (e) We shall not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during classes/courses/events as you are pre-warned to take responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

7. Cancellation by You
You may cancel your booking for classes with more than 4 hours notice. If cancellation is made less than 4 hours prior to the class start time, we will retain the full amount paid for the class. If you cancel late or do not show up, you will incur a £5 fee due to high demand and waitlists. Your failure to notify us means we cannot offer the space to someone who may need it.

8. Request to Move or Change a Class Reservation
(a) You may move your class date to a new/alternative date via the Class confirmation email, as long as this is done 4 hours prior to the retreat. (b) The rescheduled class must be booked within the following 2 weeks.

9. Amendments by Us
Occasionally, changes may need to be made (e.g., yoga teacher, class times, or other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time. If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar standard. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible before your departure.

10. Cancellation by Us
(a) We reserve the right to cancel a class/course/event under any circumstances. Our classes/courses/events require a minimum number of participants (at least 50%) booked by 8 hours before the start time. If this minimum is not reached, we may cancel and refund payment to you. (b) Lillie is self-employed. If she is taken ill, and we cannot get cover, a class/course/event may be cancelled. Lillie may suggest another class you can join at a later date.

11. Our Liability to You
(a) We accept responsibility for ensuring that the classes are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard. (b) We do not accept liability for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances, or other events beyond our control. (c) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. Yoga classes and other activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions that may develop during or subsequent to the classes. We are not liable for loss of or damage to your personal property.

12. Group Bookings
Where a booking is made on behalf of several individuals, the booking is conditional on the person(s) paying having authorization from all the individuals named on the booking form to enter into this contract. The terms of this contract will apply to each member of the group as though they had paid for their own class individually and directly to us.

13. No Liability for Possessions
It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times. This includes cars outside of the yoga class or other equipment. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.

14. Complaints
If you have a problem, please inform Lillie immediately, and she will endeavour to put things right. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the individual behaviour of any other class attendees. We have a strict policy on disrespectful behaviour. You may report to Lillie in person or via email at lillie@lovinglifelillie.com.

15. Privacy Policy
We do not share customer details with any third parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site. This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site linking to other sites. Our email list provider is Mailchimp if you choose to opt into the mailing list.

16. Photography
I, for good and valuable consideration unless I ask the teacher Lillie otherwise, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorise Loving Life Lillie to use photographs of me and/or my property and authorise Loving Life Lillie and its assignees, licensees, legal representatives, and transferees to use and publish (without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits, or images in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the photographer. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.

17. Participation in Online Services
If you take part in online classes held on Zoom or participate in the Loving Life App, you automatically agree to these terms. (a) Participate at your own risk. Make sure you exercise in a light area, with enough free space around you. Wear comfortable clothing so you can move freely. (b) If you feel dizzy, light-headed, faint, or experience any other discomfort, stop exercising immediately and consult a medical doctor. You are responsible for your condition during your workout. Exercise within your limits. Never force or strain. Seek attention and advice as appropriate. Before any workout, you should stretch to warm up and cool down afterward. Not warming up, cooling down, and stretching properly might result in personal injury. You should avoid alcohol and drugs before practice. Also, no heavy meals for two hours before a workout. Keep yourself hydrated before, during, and after your yoga practice. (c) We do not recommend attempting any of these poses or yoga exercises without suitable experience and supervision. (d) We offer no medical advice, and you should consult a medical practitioner before attempting any exercise, particularly yoga, to ensure that you do not injure yourself. This is especially important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. This site may not be tailored to match your physical and mental health. (e) We accept no liability whatsoever for any damages arising from the use of Loving Life Lillie Zoom classes or the Loving Life App.
