My first December Retreat Day on Saturday 7th December SOLD OUT at the beginning of July so this is an opportunity for anyone that missed out to join us on Sunday 8th December 2024 for “Festive in the Forest” additional date from 10am until 5pm at Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest.

Your Festive in the Forest Itinerary
Lillie curates each retreat with careful attention to the energies of the season and lunar phases, ensuring a uniquely personalised experience. Here’s a preview of the enchanting day that awaits you:
10:00am Welcome and Warming Elixirs
Begin your day with a warm welcome and a selection of comforting medicinal blend of goodness to soothe and invigorate, setting the tone for the magical experiences ahead.
10:30am Grounding Forest Yoga Flow
Start your retreat with an energising yet grounding yoga session, blending dynamic movements with the soothing ambiance of the forest to awaken and invigorate your senses.
12:00pm Forest Bathing
This Japanese practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.
12:30pm Festive Feast
Savour a delicious plant-based lunch, thoughtfully prepared by Kat, our amazing Retreat Chef, to nourish your body and delight your taste buds, celebrating the season’s bounty with every bite.
1:30pm Breathwork, Reiki and Sound Healing
Immerse yourself in a holistic healing experience with a combination of Reiki with Kate from Woodland Bear Healing, breathwork and sound healing with Lillie. This workshop will guide you to a state of deeper than deep relaxation and inner peace, harnessing the natural energy of the forest.
3:30pm Forest Sauna and Cold Plunge
Experience the invigorating contrast of a soothing forest sauna followed by a refreshing cold plunge. This revitalising practice will cleanse your body, stimulate circulation and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
4:30pm Closing Circle and Oracle Card Guidance
Gather for a closing circle to share your experiences, draw oracle cards for personal insights and embrace the collective energy of the retreat.
5:00pm Departure and festive cuddles
Conclude your enchanting day with a warm farewell, carrying the festive spirit and serene energy of the forest with you.
