But more than that, we can't just embed words in our mind and expect to believe them! We have to shift old patterns, narratives and beliefs OUT OF OUR BODIES. Each session is a guided somatic practice. You aren't doing yoga and you could relate it to a guided meditation with light movement. So this is literally suited to anyone no matter what your fitness level is or if you have an injury, you will still be able to participate.
You have lifetime access to this course so you can come back and revisit it whenever you need a pick me up or a reset. If you are completing now in November, it'll be amazing to explore again as a kickstart in January!
