WHat do the sessions entail?

Each session is a guided somatic practice. You aren't doing yoga and you could relate it to a guided meditation with light movement. So this is literally suited to anyone no matter what your fitness level is or if you have an injury, you will still be able to participate.

How long do I have access for?

You have lifetime access to this course so you can come back and revisit it whenever you need a pick me up or a reset. If you are completing now in November, it'll be amazing to explore again as a kickstart in January!

Setting Up For the sessions
