A dynamic Mandala Vinyasa Yoga Flow class infused with the elemental energy of the universe. Experience strength, playfulness and connection as we flow through sequences embodying Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Space. Our yoga practice concludes with a soothing 15 minute sound journey, leaving you deeply relaxed and aligned in body, mind and soul. Join Lillie for a transformative blend of movement and sound harmony.
Chill out with Lillie’s Slow Pillow Flow, the perfect wind down for the weekend. Start with gentle flow and breath connection, moving into yin and a deep relaxation with an optional temple massage at the end. You will use bolsters to support your practice to find muscular release and restoration for both mind and body.

Beach Yoga
Oops! Our summer beach yoga season has ended.
This takes place May-September Yearly. The good news is we keep the beach yoga community spirits alive through the winter months with a monthly beach yoga class where you will enjoy an invigorating 60 minute class that promotes harmony for the mind, body and soul, suitable for all levels of yoga including beginners. No yoga mat? No problem, simply bring a towel, a hot brew, your favourite beanie and all the layers! Booking your place is essential.
My studio is fully equipped with everything you need including yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks. You may find comfort in bringing your own mat, blanket, fluffy socks and water bottle. The studio classes are located at Healing Haven, 119 Bournemouth Road, BH14 9HR and you can park on all surrounding roads free of charge. Walk ins are not allowed and classes must be booked in advance.
All classes online, studio and beach are suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including beginners. Whether you're just starting your journey, each class offers modifications and warm loving guidance to meet you exactly where you are. There is no-judgement in my classes and you will feel welcomed and loved.
Ahead of your online class, you will receive a zoom link and a playlist to enjoy throughout your class. You do not need to download zoom to access the class. I recommend setting up a cosy corner in your home for your online class including your favourite candle, crystals, roll out your mat, have a blanket and pillow nearby.
Lillie's classes are incredibly considered, rejuvenating, balanced and always make me leave feeling amazing. She is an incredibly caring and passionate yoga teacher and I absolutely love her classes.

What do I need for online classes?
You’ll need a stable internet connection, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket set up in a cosy corner of your home. You may like to set up your space with your favourite candle, crystals and a hot brew!
Are classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! All my classes are designed to accommodate all experience levels, and I offer modifications to make sure everyone feels supported and most importantly, LOVED!

You can book classes directly through the website, simply click here. Make sure to reserve your spot early, as spaces can fill up quickly, especially for the studio and beach classes.
What if I can’t make a class I’ve booked?
No worries! You have up until 24 hours prior to the class to reschedule your class. After that no changes can be made. Please note that all classes and workshops are non-refundable.
What if I am late for a studio class?
Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. Doors will close promptly at the scheduled start time and late arrivals will disrupt the flow of the class as well as vital parts of the practice.
Can I leave early?
No, I believe the relaxation at the end of class is one of the most important parts of your practice. As a yoga teacher teacher and devoted healer, I invite you to trust my method and stay for the full experience as part of your self-love journey.
