Dreaming Into the Light is a 10-day online movement series created to hold you through the soft, liminal space at the end of the year - that tender in between where one chapter is closing and a new one hasn’t quite begun. Instead of pushing, hustling or “fixing” yourself for January, this series invites you to move gently with 20-minute classes you can actually fit into real life, winter softly - honouring rest, slowness and introspection, create space in your body and mind through breath, flow and stillness, dream into what’s next without pressure, only curiosity and inspiration

Dreaming Into the Light is for you if you’re feeling tired, tender or a bit overwhelmed by the end of the year, you want gentle structure and support without a hardcore “fitness challenge”, you crave a soft, magical, candlelit vibe rather than hustle and grind, you love the idea of short, soulful practices that fit into busy days and you’re ready to honour winter as a time of rest, dreaming and inner tending

WHat do the sessions entail?

The sessions are just 20 minutes long and each day is a little different! Across the 10 days, you will discover yin yoga, vinyasa, yoga nidra, conscious circular breathwork, journaling and guided meditation. All with the purpose of leaning into self-love! The session are suited to every body and aren't strenuous! Dreaming into the Light is about softening into stillness.

How long do I have access for?

You have lifetime access to this course so you can come back and revisit it whenever you need a pick me up or a reset. Although it has been designed for December, you will find it deeply nurturing any time of year where you need to slow down, release and restore! If you are a Loving Life Community Member, the course is included for you and you will find access to it in the Loving Life App

Setting Up For the sessions

You will need a yoga mat but if you don't have one, just use a towel or a blanket! Please also bring with you a yoga bolster or 2-3 pillows, a blanket, the device you are playing the course off, your journal and pen! Extras? You may like to set up your course space with candles, crystals, a hot water bottle for extra cosy vibes and bring your fave hot brew to each practice
